Studies have shown over and over that the best thing you can do for dry skin (including lips) is use petroleum jelly. It is very natural (comes right out of the ground) and very inexpensive.

you can try using petroleum jelly by smearing a lot on your lips every night when you go to bed.

I use carmex, it even comes in medicated formula
