try first a simple thing.
whenever you feel anxious, press on the spot between the eyebrows the "third eye" of IIndia] for a minute or so [or longer] and repaet whenever necessary.
see first if this is of help to you.
acupuncture certainly can help, but may not be cheap.
all the best

I don't have experience with acupuncture, but I do have experience with piercings. In principal, it's the same thing, and it always made me feel better (triggers the release of Endorphins).

Accupuncture is amazing technology.
I did accupuncture on myself to help two slugish meridians.
I have never known anyone try it for anxiety; but accupuncture is great technology, and you should deffinately try it.
