I've been recently considering doing a detox and came across detox patches, which apparently with the right diet help draw toxins out of your body into the pads. Do they work? Also if they do which ones are the best to buy as each different manufacturer claims to have different ingredients that do different things. Please help. Thankyou

No they do not work, and there is no best one since they are all the same. A true scam, save your money.

Patches - unknown. My chiropractor who does a lot of research told me (years ago) that the method L Ron Hubbard (Scientology) came up with is what the medical field uses now. If that helps your search for answers.
