does anyone know that maybe a doctor why i gain weight while eating friuts vegetables, and fiber foods i even watch the portion amount and still gained weight. i hace diabeties so the doctor weighted me last week i go back in three weeks and gained eleven more pounds while eating a cup full of fiber cereal piece of fruit and a vegetable. my blood sugar went down and weight up. as for any doctor he hates this weight gain and wont understand. should i cancel my appointment he hurts my feelings really bad. and yes im a shame.i even got addicted to laxatives it would bring my weight down but i would eat a little something and gained it back. it got so bad i just got out of the hosiptal. thrombus hemmriods. i think it came from two . many harsh laxitives. as sick as i was this past week do you know i thought about taking a laxative a couple of days before i go back to my family doctor.please someone give me some advice of what i can say to him. i feel traped. in shame. what can i say or do

but without any talk therapy and in may i had a relapse where the doctor put my dosage upto to 40 mg but that made me feel much worse so we stopped flouxitine and we tried citalopram i couldnt tolerate that either so i decided to wait for the talk therapy but my depression has returned with very bad anxiety so i started having accupunture (threensessions now) i felt slightly better but i'm still depressed and have a lot of anxiety,and the doctor has advised me to take some antidepressants but i'm worried that i'll be on medication all my life. has anyone been through depression and recovered fully without having to be on medication all the time? i keep feeling like i'm better off dead.

So I've had pain in my stomach for over a month now. I'm not sexually active since I'm only 16 and I'm fully aware of what I do. Anyways the doctor had me take an ultrasound on Thursday which I did and now I have to wait until Monday to get the results. Today I started my period after it being late for weeks now. I now feel tons of pain in my stomach that makes me want to cry and I keep feeling like I'm going to vomit. What should I do?

I threw away the box for my contacts, and I'm on the last pair... I think the brand name was Acuvue, and they were 1month contacts. I'm going to go get an eye exam today, and I plan to buy contacts online... but all I'm finding for Acuvue are the ones that last 2-weeks! grr

Does anyone on insulin controlled diabetes ever feel they are having a hypo, i.e feel kind of week and shaky only to find that they are not, but the symptoms still won't go away? Any idea what might cause this?

I've just come back from a holiday in France and i gained four pounds, because of the gorgeous food over there!...Thing is, everyday i'm at school and when i get back, i feel too tired to go out for a walk or i either have a lot of homework...so how can i integrate constant excercise in my daily routine without compromising my other priorities? I have a girlfriend who I find very attractive, and she arouses me like you wouldn't believe... everything feels great, but there's nothing happening down below. Here's the backstory: about 7 or 8 months ago, I asked a similar question to this one; some people said I was average weight, so I decided that there would be no harm in overeating for a while. Well, since then I've gained quite a bit of weight; here's a picture of me back then:

So, I guess my question is am I still at a good weight like I was back then or am I a bit too heavy now? Also, does it look like I have gained too much weight over these past months? Please be honest...

i have a 36DD right now and im only 13..im not fat and i just started birth control. (for my long periods) ugh its frustrating because there so big already and ive heard hat if u go on the pill that its a possiility that they can grow more?!!!! what should i do to make them shrink lol or just not get any more HUGE!!!!

Alright, I was watching a TV show last night and they were showing how pills are made. My question is, where do the chemicals that make the drug come from? Street drugs are easy. Cocaine comes from the coca plant, heroin from the opium poppy. Some prescriptions are easy also. Penicillian comes from mold. But, where do these new drugs come from? Like the cancer drugs or AIDS drugs or any of the blood pressure or cholesterol drugs? Are there just millions of chemicals out there and if you mix different combos they do different stuff? Or do most come from plants? If anybody has any links or any insight, please share. And please, no stupid answers.

I'm making a bath from epsom salts and jasmine tea for my mom. It calls for 500mg of salt and 2 teabags of jasmine. She has sore muscles and most products we've bought make it worse. I'm sure the epsom salts will help but don't know about the jasmine tea. Can anyone tell me what jasmines good for And any other idea's for sore muscles?
