I've just come back from a holiday in France and i gained four pounds, because of the gorgeous food over there!...Thing is, everyday i'm at school and when i get back, i feel too tired to go out for a walk or i either have a lot of homework...so how can i integrate constant excercise in my daily routine without compromising my other priorities? Any advice appreciated! Thankyou :)

Try to fit in any type of exercise as much as you can. I have the same problem, but I try my best to fit in a few sessions a week, even if it is parking further from school to get in more walking. The days you can't exercise, lower your calorie intake by a reasonable amount. The days I don't workout I lower my calories by the amount that I would have burned during the workout, so (to me) it evens it out. And 4 pounds is nothing! Just focus on what matters.

It's totally understandable. But I hope you don't care much about the slight weight change during the gorgeous trip especially when there were irresistible gourmet foods. 4 pounds are not so significant weight gain, so relax and try to focus on the things you have to do, then I think you are going to be fine.

OK it's only 4 pounds. when you return to your previous eating habits, you should lose the weight without doing anything special. this site lists things you can do to lose weight without exercising.
