Hello
You're completely normal and I suppose it's all psychological because you put you under stress to perform. That can have various reasons to not achieve an erection, maybe you're not in the mood or you have some problems in your mind or didn't sleep well and other things.
The problem is when you put you under stress to perform or you have performance anxiety, more adreanlin will pumped in your body which cause that an erection will not happen. It can happen to every men and I had that experience sometimes, too. I'm not lying to you like other or most men in these world do. A lot of men tell storys about how much they can and never had this experience, what are they supermans and sexmachines? Think always that other men me included are not better than other one's, so don't be worry about it.
These problems to not have always an hard on, have the pornstars, too. They always claim that they don't use ED drugs like Viagra, Cialis, Levitra and other things, but do you believe them? Sure not, they're taking ED drugs like athletes do it with steroids another doping by the way.
Take it with humor and don't make a tragedy we're not sexmachines that we can do it always and in any places. We have our problems, moods and that can cause that an erection will not occur.
I use sometimes Viagra too to have more performance and too increase the orgasm. I'm 34 years old and I don't have ED, good and hard erections and a good sexlife. I have received Viagra and Cialis by my best friend who's urologist and he first has checked me. After all was right and that I don't have any healthy problems he gave me some free samples of Viagra and Cialis.
He told me that Viagra, Cialis and Levitra works good to men who suffers from perfomance anxiety and little ED. When they use Viagra or other ED drugs for a period the erections will be increased and you can have naturally intercourse without to use the ED drugs again.
If your doctor has prescribed you these medicaments than it will sure help you, maybe you will need them only a few times and your self-esteem and erections are hard like before and you will have a satisfied sexlife again.
If I were you I would try it and see the results, because if you have questions or your problem is still there you can always ask your doctor.
I hope that you will be confident and have self-esteem of yourself, don't put you under stress to perform, it's not a solution and it will not make you happy.
Maybe you need only a little help and these ED drugs can give you the strong erections back. I suppose that it will happen like that and after this help you don't need them anymore.
My experience with these ED drugs:
They both work very well and on me, the Viagra I have taken a few times one hour before intercourse. On the Viagra to reach the orgasm it takes some time and the feeling it's different if you do it naturally. After you ejaculate you would be ready to do intercourse in a short time. I take the highest dosgage of 100 mg, because it works best for me. It stays in my system for 4 to 5 hours and my only side effects are red eyes.
With the Cialis is different I have taken it some few times to have a sex weekend. I have taken always the highest dosage of 20 mg, because it works best for me. It stays very long on my system about 3 days. The erections are not so hard like on the Viagra, but the advantage it's Cialis works for a longer time than Viagra and you can have spontaneous sex and not planning like the Viagra. The erections are hard enought to have satisfied intercourse. I didn't have any side effects on the usage of Cialis.
I can recommend you both as a help, but always under medical attention, because they can have side effects. Every men it's different and not all have the same side effects.
I use them in some special Sexparty and when I go to swingerclubs, but I don't take them on a long term use or every day, because they're always medicaments and I won't be addicted to them.
They're a good help and I can recommend them for some special use, but like I have written before not for a long term use. It's good to have natural sex and not be addicted to them.
Nonphysical causes
Nonphysical causes may account for impotence. They may include:
Psychological problems. The most common nonphysical causes are stress, anxiety and fatigue. Impotence is also an occasional side effect of psychological problems such as depression.
Negative feelings. Feelings that you express toward your sexual partner — or that are expressed by your sexual partner — such as resentment, hostility or lack of interest also can be a factor in erectile dysfunction.
Physical causes
Physical causes account for many cases of erectile dysfunction and may include:
In fact, erectile dysfunction may be one of the first signs of an underlying medical problem.
Prevention
Although most men experience episodes of erectile dysfunction from time to time, you can take these steps to decrease the likelihood of occurrences:
Limit or avoid the use of alcohol and other similar drugs.
Stop smoking.
Exercise regularly.
Reduce stress.
Get enough sleep.
Deal with anxiety or depression.
Take care of yourself and I hope that you will have a good sexlife again. Have always self-esteem and be confident in yourself, everything will come good and your not alone.

Please get a thorough medical checkup. Probably you're okay, but you'll feel more confident knowing instead of wondering. Be sure to get checked for diabetes, as that causes ED in a lot of men. High blood pressure is another culprit.
The doctor can make sure that you don't have any health problems that would be made worse by Viagra (or similar meds); if so there is no reason not to give it/them a try. Except that real Viagra will set you back about US$10 a pill, and the fake stuff you buy on the Internet doesn't work. Most insurance plans, alas, do not cover ED meds.
Don't try to tough it out because you think it's maybe all in your head. If you do have diabetes, it is VERY important to get it under control ASAP. It can cause blindness, kidney failure and other nasty effects if left untreated. So get to a doctor as soon as you can.
Good luck!

man, i've been having the same problem and i'm only 20 and i've had my gf for 3 years. Same thing, she arouses me very much but just recently, nothing goin on downstairs. Can't get an erection right now unless im touched a certain way. I think its performance anxiety and pressuring myself to get an erection. Also maybe do you have a fetish maybe and need specifically that to get you hard?
