Has anyone switched to drier climate ?and it it help some what?with less pain less medications?

its almost like a smell but you can feel the smell very very complicated!!!!! it happens about once every 2 months and the feeling lasts for about 5 seconds then goes away what is happening??? it started when i was very little and kept happening HELP!

I'm reading about possible disorders that involve diarrhea as one of the main symptoms. IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome) apparently occurs in many people under stress. When I went to the doctor's office, she assumed that my problem was stress induced. Also, I learned that half of the women with IBS experienced sexual abuse which also happened to me. However, I don't see how there could be anything I'm under stress about... it's summer vacation and I don't have anything to worry about yet my problems seem to be happening more and more frequently. Are there any other symptoms of IBS that might help me see if this is what I'm suffering from?

For the last three period cycles my mom has had anxiety and depression. This is what her cycles go like
Beggining of cycle- anxiety, and anxiety related nausea and dizziness. Fatigue.
Midcycle and during period- depression, headaches, irratability, fatigue, and she feels a dull ache and fluttering in her ovaries during midcycle. (but she has always gotten that even before) The first two period were kind of early, and the 3rd on was 30 days.

Its really scaring me. Her Gyno felt her ovaries and felt nothing , but i am still worried about it. And recently i had a dream where she did have ovarian cancer. I keep having nightmares about her illness. And she says sometimes she feels a flushing sensation go through her neck and chest. Just before this all started, she used Progesterone cream to treat PMS. She never asked a doctor before she used it . The doctor then said that that can casue depression in women and gave her Ativan and Zoloft. They kinda helped. hold on let me add details

Well please don't say go to the emergency room or to the doctor. He has been through all that. Got a shot to relax the muscles, pain medicine, etc etc. I am curious whether there is anything i can do for him at home. He has been struggling with back pain for years!! What would you recommend? Any professional help is strongly appreciated.

my new dentist's lab is taking
forever to do them and they are not doing a good job. I mentioned to my dentist that I was not happy with their work and that I might want to go with a new lab, and he said then we would have to pay two labs. I cannot afford to pay anymore for this I have already paid over $1000. What can I tell my dentist? I am not happy with the work this lab is doing. I have had the temporaries in my mouth for over a month. I want a good job done this time and I don't want to settle for less than what I am happy with. Any suggestions?

I'm currently 22, I've been working towards my lifelong goal of retiring at 35
I've saved every penny I possibly could since I was 17
But in order to reach my goal I work 12-13 hours a day, 6-7 days a week, yesterday I went to the doctor and he said I have the blood pressure of a 60 year old.
A lot of my goal is pride, I need to proove to everyone I knew growing up (and myself) that I could move up a couple tax brackets if I just push myself hard enough. But are the health risks too high?

i got my first period today. i cried for like a hour when i found out tho. Just waiting for my mom to get home she dosent get home till midnight i have a few questions to ask

I'm an amputee and like most amputees experience phantom pain. Usually they are mild and don't really bother, but sometimes I get a very weird feeling of spasm. It's like a hammer beating the nail and it does get really painful. They keep repeating very often (once every minute) .

I used some painkillers, but they do not seem to help :(
Is there something else I can use, at least to get rid of those painful hammering feelings.

I had a vaginal delivery about 7 1/2 weeks ago, and i'm STILL bleeding! It never stopped, just continous bleeding since delivery. i went to my 6 week check up and they didn't seem to care AT ALL. they gave me an ultrasound and said everything was normal and the bleeding would just stop on it's own. i find that very hard to believe. i'm starting to get really tired all the time, i don't know if it's because of the bleeding or what. does anyone know of any conditions i could have? and what do i do?! i'm really scared!

im near sighted but i can still see far away. i wanna be able to see clearyly again without glasses. the only times i wear glasses is when im at school in math class because i sit far away from the board and dont wanna ask to sit close because i barely wear glasses.
the reason i dont wanna wear glasses at all is if i wear it in school it will mess up my eyes even more and i wanna improve my vision instead. what do i do?

I suffer from R.A. I wanted to know if there was an alternative medicne (herbal, holistic etc.) that I could use to ease the crippling pain. I have grown weary of traditional medicnes. I exercise regularly and am not overweight. With the exception of the R.A. I am in pretty good health.

Ok Im 14 and last time I checked I was only 5 ft ( to be exact I was 4 11 3/4). maybe Im 5 ft 1 now. jMy mom is 5 ft 3 or 4 (i dont recall). My dad is 5 ft 10. Ya think I'll grow?
