I suffer from R.A. I wanted to know if there was an alternative medicne (herbal, holistic etc.) that I could use to ease the crippling pain. I have grown weary of traditional medicnes. I exercise regularly and am not overweight. With the exception of the R.A. I am in pretty good health.

ask your doctor about MTX.
It is a very strong medication, so ask your doc about possible risks. My stomach couldnt handle the meds and put me in the hospital, but I have heard others talk about the drug bein helpful. Plus, I was misdiagnosed, i didnt really have R.A.

Sorry, thats all I can tell you....

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

Lennie,
I take a supplement that keeps me going all day long. It also takes away the pain of my neuropathy in my hands, feet, legs, back, and my shoulder arthritis pain, and any other little pains I have. It not only gives me great energy, it raises my mood, reduces stress, and in general makes me feel great. We have personal friends who suffered with RA but since taking this for about 5 weeks their pain is gone. What is causing the pain is Inflammation in the body. This address this.

Oh by the way, I happen to be 70 years old. My hubby says, "I have my wife back". Good huh!

My husband is 70 years old, still working 40 hrs. a week, as an electrician, and still has plenty of energy when he comes home from work. That's right, he's taking it too.

This is all natural and all fruit.

Hope this helps,
Abbye B

i have had juvinile rhumetiod arthritis since i was a baby--- no one else in my family has it, just some older grandparents get the arthritis aches and pains that come along with getting old. so its really not always a heriditary disease, but it does seem almost inevidable for people to end up getting as they age. some natural ways to prevent arthritis is to devote yourself to an anti-inflamitory diet. this means limit your intake of sugars, stop eatting salty or processed foods and white flour products. it is really a very easy diet to adjust to and will be good for your overall health. hope this helps

I have heard that several people have had luck using Nikken products. Go to http://www.nikken.com/ahealthyhome... to check out the products. Their products are amazing- they use only the purest natural products and have cutting-edge technology- from the far-infrared technology that NASA uses for the space shuttles, to nutritional products developed by a doctor nominated for a Nobel Prize. They have been around for over 30 years, and a 5A1 Dunn & Bradstreet rating, and was the fastest growing company in Japanese history! The following products have shown to be helpful for people with RA:

- CM Cream for pain
- Elastomag wraps to reduce pain and inflammation in specific body parts
- Sleep system for reducing acidity in the body and helping you sleep well so the body can heal itself (I love this)
- Optimized PiMag water to give proper nourishment to the body and help it heal (love this, too)
- KenkoSeat to reduce pain when sitting
- Far infrared technology to reduce pain and help the body heal
- Insoles: Nikken's 1st product and still effective in promoting overall health
- Joint supplement for healthier joints

(You may not want to try all of these at once- do some research online and see which ones seem to fit your problems / desires the most)

Good luck! Hopefully you can find something that helps you!

Notice: This is not a diagnosis or a prescription...it's information.

In a minute, I'll give you a way to help stop the Rheumatoid Arthritis process.

First, it would be helpful if you understood what causes RA.

As you probably are well aware already, rheumatoid arthritis is an auto-immune disease.

This is almost always caused by what is called "leaky gut," a far more common condition than generally realized.

Steroids contribute to more of it, by the way. Other common culprits are antibiotics and birth control pills, even if they were taken years before or in early childhood.

These drugs promote yeast growth. When yeast flourishes, they sprout roots that dig holes into the intestinal lining. This allows protein particles to pass through undigested.

The immune system mistakes them for parasites and goes after them. But after a while, the immune system becomes over stimulated and starts attacking your body. In your case, it attacked your joints.

To stop any continuation of the process, I would do at least four things. All should be done in combination or their effect is minimal. They are all available at health food stores.

1- Take PB-8 or another excellent probiotic. This prevents the yeast from coming back.
2- Take olive leaf extract or Candistroy to eliminate the bad yeast.
3- Take glutamine (5 gms 2x a day) or IntestiNew to patch the intestinal holes.
4- Take a good multi-enzyme (different from a multivitamin) to give your digestive lining a chance to get better.

Do this for a month or two and you'll be amazed at how much better you feel.

Good luck and be well.

Kelley

Include balancing exercises in your regular schedule. The two good balancing exercises are water aerobics and Tai Chi. This is because balancing is an excellent way to develop strength without putting unneeded pressure on the joints. But stop the activity immediately if you experience joint pain. Consult your physician if the pain persists for over 2 days.

Have you tried Mangosteen Juice? I know MANY people that suffered with RA and this juice has literally changed their lives! It is WELL worth the research! Most of the "prescription drugs" on the market can cause deadly side effects which usually require more prescriptions! It is a vicious cycle. The "anti-inflammatory" properties of the juice have been known to reduce the pain. If you are curious about results that others have had, go to http://www.mangosteenstories.org/ and read what others have to say. You can also go to
http://www.thewholefruit.com/ and look into the science behind it. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.

YES!! My mother has it, and she began to follow the Bragg healthy lifestyle and I can tell you in 4 months she has dramatically changed her life by making a few simple changes. 1.) she fasts 1 time every week, this giver your body a break from eating so that it can have time to heal and clean itself out.
2.) she drinking ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR 1tablespoon 3 times a day. I do too, and it works wonders!! I'm surprised people haven't told you that!
GO to the Bragg website and get more information on their books. You buy them directly from there, as well as their Organic apple cider vinegar, or you can go to Barnes and Nobel and get the books and go to Trader Joes or Whole foods, or go to your natural food store, they will have it there!
