do your muscles get bigger as they grow stronger???

no...there is no direct correlation between muscle size and strength. the strength can be increased greatly with little change in body mass and muscle size due to diet and training techniques. increasing muscle mass is 80% diet. as you constantly increase training loads (training intensity) you also must increase the cals to support not only the basic biological functions (BMR) but for your daily level of activity and for anabolic activity. increasing muscle mass is last on the list of biological functions. if there are nutrient deficiencies in the diet and/or insufficient cals for an extended period of time there will be little increase if any in muscle mass. the key to both gaining muscle mass and losing body fat is by manipulating the endocrine system and namely controlling insulin levels.

Yes, but it can be fooling. Body builders can take a lot of supplements that makr them look really bi,g, when in fact, they don't lift much.
