I have a normal 34 C chest and after having my child they have been going more and more south. What is the best bra out there to help lift them back into place? All of the push ups that I have seen or tried on seem to make them look larger and they are not FULL coveraged, as I feel more comfortable in a full coverage then a demi bra. Thanks for any help!

Only happens when I have a hot flash. This itching is like I'm covered with millions of biting stinging ants. when the hot flash stops the itching stops. Is this something can be stopped wisth medication? What's causing it" I've talked to other women in perimenopause, they have the hot flashes but not this itching.

I started dieting a while ago and it's been working really well, I started out at 168 pounds, now I'm stuck at 132.2 and my next goal is 130 then 125 and my final is 120. I'm 5'5" Male, 19 years old.
So - I know this is normal, called Plateau or something OR! my body is in Starvation mode , coz i eat really little - lower than 900 calories a day and exercise a lot. Now I'm trying to eat a little bit more and changing my treadmill work out.

What happened is: this morning (4th or 5th day of me being stuck on 132.2) I weighed my self then went on treadmill, burnt 300 calories in half hour then weighed my self again and I dropped 1.1 pounds - which is ... weird ... now I'm at 131.1 - does that mean the phase of being stuck is over ?

Thanks Everyone.
and just for no reason at all I want everyone to know that: I am craving a cinnabon, I bought one but I haven't eaten it yet - I might just give it to someone.

I have smoked for about a year and a half. I know everyone's immune system is different, but have you ever heard of anyone getting lung cancer from smoking for only a year or a year and a half or 2 years? Is it common? I don't smoke a pack a day, either. I may smoke about 4 or 5 at most. I quit recently.

If someone is HIV positive?

I have a collegue who is constantly sick. Or at least complains of being sick. He often has lesions on his face and is very thin. He complains of being tired all the time and not feeling well. He was missing work fairly regularly . He also is always on anti-biotics and he I rarely see him eat anything substancial.

I am concerned that he may be HIV positive, but I don't want to ask him. I do not want to hurt his feelings and I'm not being judgemental. I'm really just concerned for his well being.

Is there a way one can tell if another is HIV positive with out asking? Are there certain characteristics? If so, do you know what they are?

My Mom was diagnosed with advanced colon cancer last year and I have been emotionally torn ever since. The doctors don't seem optimisitc because it has spread. They say that once it spreads, they have no way of being able to remove all of it before it critically damages vital organs. But isn't chemo supposed to attack all cells in the body? Please help.

I'm a 29 year old, relatively healthy male. No major health problems or anything like that. A couple years back I put myself on a diet/exercise program and lost 50 pounds in about 4 months. I would venture to say that 95% of that weight loss was because I was a treadmill warrior. Well it's two years later and I'm doing it again. However, things are a little different this time around. My bones are holding up a little better. I'm not having the joint and muscle pain I had a couple years back which is good but my lungs are hurting me when I'm on the treadmill. They're not causing me to go into shock or anything but I find that I start laboring a lot sooner during my run than I did last time. I will tell you that the gym that I'm a member at is unusually cool. They keep the AC down around 65. Also there's major pollen in this area so maybe that's a factor.

why is this happening? Is it that I'm just older? Is it the cold air? The pollen? How can I make this better?

I have a very short luteal phase, for which I take B-complex. I also have a long follicular phase, so I don't want to take anything that would lengthen that. I would like to know which if any herbs I could take to support a healthy menstrual cycle.

Thanks.
