My little boy got eczema at six weeks old. We had no problem with regular baby shampoo. I used Dreft for the laundry. Whoever holds the baby a lot needs to have their blouses or shirts washed in Dreft too or the baby can get eczema from the reside of laundry soap on the adult's clothes.

Try using Arbonne's baby line. Their baby shampoo is made
with aloe, and oat for babies with very dry skin -
Their whole line is very good - for babies and all natural products.

Feel free to e-mail me for further information

I have a sample I found - I'd be happy to let you see if it helps.
It's endorsed by a few local peds.

Some babies get cradel cap. I've never heard of them having eczema! For cradel cap you just rub baby oil on their heads/cradel cap and it will go away in a couple weeks.
