yeah, but be careful to get all the shells out ... brush your teeth... and floss the best you can... but it will be fine!

No, find the sunflower seeds that don't have braces and eat them instead. And carefully.

You can if you don't mind little bits of seed in your teeth all day. They are a bugger to pick out. And not too attractive when you smile. Personally, I would skip the seeds and go for something more substantial and less likely to stick in your wires...how about a slice of watermelon or a few peeled grapes??

Stay away from seeds and nuts and popcorn and stringy foods such as celery ooh wait only chew trident gum (Be careful when you chew).
Good luck and you might be able to lose a few pounds.

Yes, but buy the pre shelled variety so its less work and there will be less chance of knocking off hardware.

You can eat whatever the heck you want with braces. Now, it may not be Recommended, but nothing really ever hurts your braces, I mean THEIR METAL! hahah good luckk!

i do it, just get water and swoosh it around your mouth when your finished to get all the small pieces out of your braces

I imagine that you can ones wi thout the shell of course. But , I imagine it would be more trouble than it would be worth.
