i know how you feel. it's been about 3 weeks for me and im just now noticing small changes. give it time. the first 3 weeks you probably wont notice much but after that it starts getting better.

It all depends on what kind of workout you're doing. What are the changes you want to see happen? Depending on what you want to change, there are a lot of different exercises that you can do to help develop more of a defined result. You're not going to see a dramatic change in 2 weeks, but if you keep up the motivation and intensity then you should be seeing some changes pretty soon!

Every body is different. Some people notice change in 2-3 weeks, others wont notice change until a little later. It depends on what kind of "change" you are looking for. (Hint - the scale is the best rate of change around.)

To determine change in your body/muscle, use your clothes, how they fit. Or if you are lifting, you may not see much muscle gain, but once the weight is too easy and you increase weight - that is your change. (I work my biceps for years, and very little noticable change happens. My biceps look small and very little meat - but I am a lot stronger than I look).
