Exercise and LOTS of it. I lost 30 lbs. a few years ago and I basically lived in the gym. (actually I worked out for 2 hours 5 days/week). I gained lean muscle and I pretty much ate whatever I wanted, as I burned it off instantly. Everyone's body is different, but I do know that a combination of cario and weight training can work wonders! :-)

basically, eat less, move more. I started to eat healthier and got more exercise. I drink more water. I read (present tense) everything I can about weight loss and do what will work for me. I eat 5-6 small meals a day and try to keep under 1600 calories total. once a week, I eat out and order what I want, but try to make smart choices.

Exercise and making smarter food choices. Instead of eating 5 cookies, I have two. Instead of regular soda I drink diet or water. Small modifications like that really help.

Diet, exersise. It was actually kindof easy to "keep it off" because I already had a bunch of new habits and developed a different mindset about health.
