I am BE ,Pune university Advanced diploma in computers , working since 5 years in PSU telecom ISP , was worked with Steel company for 4 years , also 3 years in QA organisation .....got knowledge of Oracle,unix, OS, foxpro , C ,MS access WAN/LAN networking ........all telecom networks / softwares maintenance , marketing , PLCs Process control maintenance , ISO , Purchase , Quality control .....what I can do to switch over to IT carreer .........and at what stage or grade IT company will take me in ...or i should do any professional certifications and then go for IT ..............I am confused , please

The doctor said he found a Fribrostic cyst in my right breast but told me it was nothing to be concerned of. It has been a month and now I have pain (sharp) and tenderness in the same area. What should I do? What if the doctor says again that nothing is wrong? Can anyone help???

One of the major themes of my life has been suffering.

I experienced a significant amount of it over several years, from early childhood on. From parents, teachers and even a couple of close friends.

During my formative years, my mother was irrational, emotionally volatile, and physically abusive. She was THE major source of intense, negative drama at home.

I have now adjusted well, after 7 marriages and 6 kids.

But yesterday, it all came back to me in a sudden moment. I called Dr. Laura and asked her why she is so rude to those who call. She abruptly went to commercial, and while off the air, YELLED at me as though she were my mom.

I broke down and sobbed for nearly 15 minutes. I'd thought that my dark days were over, but no...they are here, inside.

What can I do to erase the dread I have within my memory?

Please, someone help me.

Hi, help me out here....so much info out there on diff kinds of milk Im confused.I basically want info on which milk is the best to drink in order to help with moving things along effectively in the bowel.Iv seen oat milk and thought that may help, then someone suggested soy milk, then skimmed millk, etc....list goes on. So much choice now but it makes things more difficult! I love milk but just want to know what to have with cereal in order to not get so constipated and bloated.You see i like to experiment with new foods and so this could be fun but it would be nice to get rid of my bloat n constipation at the same time. Dont want to go on a silly diet.But this is mainly about milk, what do people think?Also does oat milk help with inducing good soft regular motions?Hope u can help!

I'm not sure if I spelt it right, but I have blood screening or w/e for Sedrate levels, and they are continualy increasing, they are not yet in the 100's but they are above normal.

I have had upper abdominal pain after eating for a year, but more noticeably I have recently been having SEVERE SEVERE pain in my hands, shoulders, neck, hips, thighs, legs, and knees, sometimes feet...What could this mean since Sedrate indicated inflammatory diseases...

Auto-immune disorders run in the family, Lupus, Arthritis, and fibromyalgia...

My doctor is referring me to a rheumotologist, but what do you think this could be since I am so young...also my lymph nodes are enlarged.

I eat healty, don't drink or smoke, and I am at good weight.

I've always been this way as long as I can remember. I think it may have something to do with my deepest dream sleep occurring late in the sleep cycle i.e. (I always wake up out of one). I'm groggy afterwards. Is there anything I can do to feel more energetic first thing? Does anyone else experience this? Any tips?

This girl I work with I hardly every see her eating apart from cuppa soups. The problem is she is always feeding everyone in my office. She will go to the shop and bring back a packet of crisps/potato chips and give them to whoevers in the office and say that she bought herself one too, but you never see her eat them. She will also leave chocolate on your desk, and makes out she is being really nice by doing it. Yesterday she bought me a hot chocolate. Sounds ungrateful but I didn't feel like it and don't drink full fat milk. I asked her why she did that and she said "You're meant to say thank you". I ended up pretending to drink it and then throwing it out when she had left. Arghh. Its really annoying as I eat enough junk without her trying to keep me overweight. I know it sounds really petty, but it is starting to annoy everyone in the office, not to mention its weird. How do I get her to stop doing it? I have heard this is something people do who have an eating disorder.

My boyfriend and I have tried having sex quite a few times, but since it hurts, I've always pushed him out for he "pops my cherry" if you will. Is there any way I could get pregnant even though my hymen is still there? I dont think I could because the semen wouldn't be allowed in, but I'm still curious. And yes, we did use protection.

I have been diagnosed to be a chronic carrier of hepB virus. All other antigen test results are positive. I have taken some medication. The next time I hed a test with Hbe antigen, it turned out to be negative. Is this possible with the other antigens to be positive? This means that all other tests for my antigen has positive results. Only my Hbe antigen is negative. I'm confused. What is the sequence of disappearance or seroconversion all the markers of hepatitis B?

im 12 years old, gonna be 13 tomorrow and i just got over anorexia. im average [as in weight] 5ft and 110lbs. im still not happy with myself tho and im afraid im going to back to anorexia again and i really dont want to. my goal is to be 90lbs. when i look in the mirror i see myself as fat and i dont want to have to see that anymore. i work out every night, i do sit ups, squats, lunges, and some other stuff. i dont really do cardio but i walk alot every day between school and home. i never use weights. i want to be heathly and skinny
