Fibrocystic is caused by the blocking of breast duct then filled up by fluid to form a water sac. Majority of doctor think it's normal for women.

You can reduce your pain by wearing less restriction bras (tank top or etc) or just take off the bras if you use to it. This is usually what women do with fibrocysitc condition. Besides, you can consider eating high fiber food like whole grain, fruits, veges and seeds; Eating fish with high omega 3 fats like salmon. Food with vitamin E and vitamin B6 is helpful too. Or you can try out Evening Primose oil that can get in most of the pharmacy shop.

Although doctor said it is normal but you should talk to your doctor again, see is there any better treatment. Hope your pain can be reduce soon. Take k

Fibrocystic cyst is just a form of fatty tissue. Did you get a second opinion? They can make ur breast feel really tender. You can have them removed to relieve the pain. So keep that in mind, I have them all of the time. If the dr you saw will not do something abou it, find another dr. usually a general surgeon or you Gyno can take care of it.

I'm a nurse and you should seek the advice of another doctor. A second opinion is always useful especially in your situation. After all this is your life and you deserve the very best care and not be uncomfortable and in constant pain. Take care and all the best.

If the doctor says that it is nothing, and you are still concerned, try to get another doctor's opinion.
