I'm a nurse and you could use the enema along with an OTC pill form laxative. This is serious you could develop a bowel obstruction. Not only is this very painful but can turn fatal. Take care

4 cups of warm water, 2 tsp of salt (sea salt preferably) mix as a drink in a lg bottle and drink as fast as possible, then allow for 1 or 2 hrs on or close to the toilet. Not graceful, but efficient, and stuff you probably have at home.

WHEN TAKING AN ENEMA ,GO SLOW AND CAREFULLY, USE WARM WATER WITH EPSOM SALTS. IF CRAMPS START THEN STOP WATER FLOW. WHEN CRAMPS STOP RELEASE WATER BACK INTO THE RECTUM. IT MAY TAKE FILLING THE BAG MORE THAN ONCE, BUT RELIEF IS ON THE WAY.

I'd like to suggest some epsom salts, they really do the trick.
Anyone who has ANY reason why this is a bad idea, please correct me.
