pls help! i have got bad skin and im sick of it! all of my friends have perfect clear skin! is there anybody who has had bad skin and found something that REALLY gets rid of spots!??

OK same problem
1.Clearasil -everyone says it does didn't budge a spot of my skin
2.face washes and freederm other expensive treatments - still didn't work
3.i went to the doctors they gave me some treatments and they are working great hope that helps
the treatment they gave me were some tablets and a liquid the bottle the liquid is in looks like roll on deodorant

Skintactix.com has an excellent product line WITHOUT benzoyl peroxide in the ingredient list. Benzoyl peroxide often causes more damage than it cures. It causes free radicals which in turn cause premature aging.
I have had adult acne for over three years. I never had bad skin until I became pregnant with my daughter at age 32. Since then I've had breakouts upon breakouts and alot of cystic acne. Seems like one blemish would start to finally heal then 4 more would take it's place.
I've tried Proactive, which DID work for me for about 6 weeks then the acne came back worse than it was to begin with. I've also tried products with the benzoyl peroxide, which for me, was like putting lit napalm on my skin. And it didn't help.
I am currently using the skintactix products, which are a more natural based product line. And it has been fantastic. Soothing, and almost an immediate response. The green tea poultice is a lifesaver and so soothing for imflammation. The products they sell are also reasonably priced, more so that the quantity that they send you should last for 2-3 months, as the amount needed for cleansing, etc is minimal.
You can also use epsom salts as a poultice to help pull infection up and out. Use a clean bowl of really, really warm water and add 1/4 cup of epsom salts to it. Dissolve. Use a washcloth and soak the areas of your face that are imflamed with this solution for 5-6 seconds then rewet the cloth. Do this for 2-3 minutes. Let your face air dry. It is drying, so use a moisturizer afterward.

when I was a teen, I had to end up going to the Dr and getting an antibiotic cream. Its the only thing that worked for me. It didnt just git rid of the pimples it cleared up the black heads, redness, spotting, all that! I dont know how much it costed but I remember one Rx lasted about 3 months. If your parents have insurance it will cover this too. ask them to take you if you have already tried the over the counter stuff. (clearasil is good)
also, make sure you wash your face every night, drink water, and cut down on greasy foods.

try to wash your face with clearsil every morning and night before you go to bed. Dont use spot cream it will make dry skin Clearsil will get rid of Spot germs.
If you skin is really dry try using E45 cream. Keep to using it twice a day for the best results.
And keep your hair washed at least once every three days to get rid of grease in your hair then can go onto your face.

Or talk to your pharmsist or Doctor to see if you have excema though they will recommend E45 Cream.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

My son was given NU AC by his GP 10 days ago and his spots have gone already. It is a antibiotic cream which also works on blackheads. Has dried his skin up though! When he first puts it on his face goes red but this soon settles down, For his dryness I got him a oil free moisturiser. It has made a huge difference to how he feels about himself.

I used to get spots really bad. My face just looked like one big spot.
Watch what your using to wash your face with. Don't use a cloth or sponge. I used that oxy cream which is really good; just don't use it at night, because it bleaches your pillows. Just try different face washes for spots. And use them for a month or so and see if you notice a difference.
If you go to the doctor, he can put you on pills to help clear up your spots.
