My boyfriend and I have tried having sex quite a few times, but since it hurts, I've always pushed him out for he "pops my cherry" if you will. Is there any way I could get pregnant even though my hymen is still there? I dont think I could because the semen wouldn't be allowed in, but I'm still curious. And yes, we did use protection.

Yes you can still get pregnant. In some woman tampons can break the hymen because everyone is different. Glad you are being safe

Your hymen is not a protective covering, it is a small piece of skin. The visual signs that it has been ripped are not necessarily the same for everyone., and is somewhat unrelated to pregnancy. It does not COVER COMPLETELY, The key factor is exposure to semen. It DOES NOT have to be ejaculated for you to become pregnant. Often, leakage of sperm occures, prior to ejaculation. Having the penis even slightly in/around your labia may result in pregnancy. Please, continue to protect yourself and seek answers from GOOD sources. ...Good luck, and really think about the consequences of your choices!!

Yes, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but anytime a penis gets near the opening of a vagina you can get pregnant. Depending on what you used for birth control, your chances would lessen. Condoms are about eighty percent effective when used CORRECTLY.

ok good, protection = good, but some hymens are shaped differently, some hymens, have holes in them...they vary, check out the link down below.
