ok, about myself about sun exposure.. I rarely go in the sun, im either working or school and this summer I decided to get a tan, which is a first for me in a sense, cause I go out, but I rarely go out to get a tan is what I mean.. so instead of going out in the sun I decided to give indoor tanning a try, so far ive gone 6 times, starting at 8 mins and moving up each time 2 mins and have stayed at 15mins on a regular bed.
I understand there are dangers from UVA/UVB rays and instead of getting bashed here about cancer and leather skin, this is my question ..
Are the chances high that I will get any of the negative effects from it or worse from going a handfull times this summer and get a nice tan this summer and then just STOP and not continue.
I come on here and search and then get very scared from a lot of the repies and I am not saying they are wrong at all but what im asking here (above) are the chances very high, high, mild or what.
