Then you need to go to the emergency room.

Or call your doctor right now. Even if it's after hours. There is a doctor on call for emergencies...and this is an emergency.

You should not wait any longer. Go to the emergency room and have them check you thoroughly. There are numerous things that could be causing this, some simple and some very serious, but don't ignore it. It's not possible for anyone on Yahoo to accurately state what is wrong with and you should not be asking. SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION!!!

Get those assessments achieved for confident. Are you on any medicine? Effexor brought about me to have 'innovations shivers' and vertigo with easy nausea on a particularly familiar foundation, between yet another gruesome indicators. Even organic meds can try this.

Definitely go to the ER......tonight!!!!! You could have something seriously wrong!!!!!! Anxiety wouldn't do that to you anyways. Sounds like a heart problem or neurological problem...........don't wait on anymore answers. Have someone drive you to the ER.

WOW..I would go to the ER if this was me. It could be something as simple as an inner ear infection to a blood clot in your body somewhere.
