Look Padre.
Everyone has to start somewhere.
Who cares if your slim.
Get in the gym and be patient.
Don't take mass enhancers and crap. Eat right and just take extra protein. bodybuilding.com can give you many exercises to help you get started, don't be a fool and worry about your size now, focus on what you will look like in 2 years when you have been working out the right way. Stay strong.... Be natural and you will feel so damn good about yourself. Patients is the key to everything.

I wouldnt use those, just increase your caloric and protein intake when you work out, and you should gain weight, either by building your muscle mass, or by just getting more calories. Eggs, beans, and cheese can help to boost your protein intake. If you start gaining LOTS of weight, back off for while. Unless you are one of the lucky ones that can eat anything and not gain an once.

Yes, work out! Just keep a balanced diet and stay away from sugar and sodas. You'll get the results you work for.

Yeah, join a gym, keep OFF the powdered junk, AND steroids, and next year you will NOT be quite skinny.
Just take advise off the gym trainers.
