If you're going hard wait two hours after a meal and then have some barley sugars (glucose is good for your energy levels) and it should be all good.

If just jogging an hour should be fine.

I used to preside at a fitness center . Eat lightly before doing alot of exercise as jogging and wait one hour before doing any knd of exercise. Bettyk

If possible it is actually better to eat after you run. Your body is still burning fat 30 minutes after a workout.

Go in about half an hour to an hour. Your body will use that food for energy
