Hanging leg lifts.
Just find a place where you can hang from. Playgrounds at public parks often have such places, although if you're older, you might want to go at a time when there aren't many kids around.
You could also buy a bar to hang in a doorframe at home. It's not that expensive.

If you have A dumb bell or a Medicine Ball hold that to your chest while doing sit ups or throw the medicine ball back and forth to a friend. You could do sit ups with out those things but you get better results if you add some resistance..

You can do Planks for as long as you can hold them. Then into V-ups, crunches, leg raises into an air thrust(very good) Lift your legs up forming an L with your body and then try to thrust your hips into the air.

well if you want to buy one thing i would get an ab ball it helped me lose a lot of weight and gain a nice six pack it is good for a lot of different work outs

lie on your back, raise your legs about half way, scissor, back to center, down to just a few inches from the floor and repeat.
you'd be surprised how fast you can tone your abs with the simplest and most traditional of leg lifts.

PILATES by FAR! Just look up online for some Pilates moves or go to your local gym's Pilates class and you will see results in one week and in two weeks your body will start to completely change. I swear by Pilates.
