Sounds like you are on a somewhat decent start.
Wanting to lose 70lbs in a matter of 3 months is harsh though. For the matter of safety, you should only aim to lose around 1-3lbs per week. That is the safe amount to lose since any more than that and your body goes in to starvation mode and stores fat and calories rather than lets you lose it all.
The calorie count is good. 4000 calories a day is A LOT! If you can cut it back to around 1400 per day, you are on a good track.
If you don't have the time or energy to go to a gym after work, I would suggest taking the family for a nice walk after dinner. That way, you'll get "some" cardio in, as well as spending time together as a family. You can also have the whole family join your local YMCA so you can all work out together.
Basically, if you want to lose weight, there's two options...cut calories and burn calories. You need to burn more calories than you consume each day. That is how you lose weight. I suggest consulting your doctor and have him or her refer you to a dietician for assistance in getting you on the right track. Good luck!

I observed the e-book to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too speedily. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however in most cases) and doing little or no recreation, however the weight continues flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I feel it might scare the residing daylights out of me when you consider that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the expertise. I've under no circumstances bought something like this earlier than when you consider that they're most likely stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a fine shock. Get began at present!

I would say that's a little too much of a calorie cut and you probably will lose muscle and slow your metabolism. Try to cut your calories by 200-500 a day and twice a week you can calories even more. Eat less sugary carbs, more protein good fats olive oil, avocados, nuts and more vegetables. Last but not least your going to have to find time to exercise(lifting weights heavy) at least 3 times a week so your body keeps its muscle. Add in some cardio if you can and your good to go. Good luck.
P.S. Try to eat a big *** breakfast (and no i didn't say 3 bowls of cinnamon toast crunch either)get some protein, complex carbohydrates and fats.

1. Cutting back alot the most the average person can loose is about 3lbs in a week (sometimes 5) if u continue cutting your calories like that you should loose alot by june just make sure you have a balanced deit && i also heard if you stop eating meat you can loose more weight quicker.
2. spread out your meals evenly so you dont use up all ur calories in the morning and cant eat anything the rest of the day.
3. once a week is fine for a hard exercise- check out http://www.smallstep.gov/sm_steps/sm_steps_index.html it has many small ways you can slowly loose more weight.

first of all ...can't tell you how much you will lose. everyone is different. you need to concider what you eat. #1 cut out as much sugar as possible. Go with sugar free desserts, and drinks there are alot of them out there. #2 cut down on fat. don't fry your foods, use fat free sprays. no butter. don't coat your meat with flour. Learn to eat simple foods....you don't need the extra carbs. when you cook your meat, leave it alone. don't add sauces. they are high in fat and calories.Eat lots of veggies.again leave them alone.you don't need sauces or butter.use spices instead. and stay away from eggs.use egg beaters. they are just as good and low in fat. use high fiber foods such as whole wheat bread, oatmeal, and such, but use in moderation. don't cut calories that far...not good for your system.I'd say 2000 for you. eat slowly as it takes your body time to realize it has been fed. eat well balanced meals. you might want to try eating smaller meals more often. If you are eating 3 times a day, try eating half a meal at a time, and eat 6 times a day.
Example- say for lunch you normally eat a sandwich, chips, apple and a diet coke. try eating the sandwich at 10am,the chips at 12pm and the apple at 2pm. this keeps you feeling fuller longer with out the temptation to over eat.
Remember, LOW FAT, LOW SUGAR,HIGH FIBER. If you get hungry inbetween meals snack on fruit and veggies. also drink lots of water, as this helps to clear your system of all the bad things you have eaten in the past, and makes you feel full.
I wish you the best. I know if you are serious, you can do it. I have lost 100 lbs.in the last year.

Umm well I eat 1 samll meal a day and its about 200-300calories daily so I used to eat normally like 1500calories not any more. So I think thats a good calorie cut or a person of your size. And when ppl tell u that starving yourself makes u gain weight they are lying.

When we tested Proactol, 4 of us lost 6lbs a week with light exercise and no changes to our diet, the other 2 only lost 3-4.5 lbs per week.
Its a fat-binder you get 120 pills ans you take them after meals, the active ingredient bonds to the fat and doesnt allow it to be processed by your intestine. Its all natural, no side effects and nothing to make you jittery.
If your order and get it within 10 days you could potentialy lose 35+ lbs, whatever you do good luck
