i heard ice cream,beans and rice but i dont no what else is there

You can do that... but you'll end up with fat (jiggly, droopy) booty, arms, stomach, face cheeks, thighs, etc.

Unfortunately big booties are genetic. You can help FEIGN the apparance of a bigger booty by doing squats (squeeze on the way up... and do like 15 and then hold down for 20 seconds on the last one), front lunges, side lunges, side leg lifts, back leg lifts, cycling, etc. This stuff will put more muscle on your hips, your booty, and on your upper hamstrings (the part right under your butt.. it helps lift it).

Overeating will just give you lose fat all over, as well as a risk for health problems. Doing the exercises and putting muscle will give you a bigger, tighter butt and hips.

Sorry, but booty is in genetics. I you arent meant to have a big booty, you wont have one. Eating high carb and protein foods will only make you more unapproving of your body. You have to love the body that your in, because not even the cure all plastic surgery can substitute for you self esteem.

if you eat all of that you are going to get FAT all over your body, you cant eat anything, have you ever heard of people eating a certain thing for their boobs to grow NOOOO, you arent meant to have a big booty, live with what you have or get implants

carbs and sugar. pasta, ice cream , candy, whole milk, ice cream, white bread, rolls, soda...yeah rice counts as a carb, that will do it too.
