This question is for people who are currently on a diet only! My question to you is, how often do you "cheat"? Please answer honestly. Also, do you feel guilty after when you have cheated and do you go back on your diet the next day? I am on a diet and I cheated just today, but I am going back on it tomorrow.

i've been doing weight watchers for 7 weeks now and i've been good about not cheating..today though i did and i knew i was gonna so i made sure i went to the gym this am and went to weigh in and all..kinda felt like if i exercised extra today it would cancel out what i ate tonight...i'll be back counting my points in the morning and at the gym

I am not on a diet. I am on a lifestyle change. I watch the portions of my food. Once a week I will have m n m's r a dr pepper. One cant deprieve oneself of the foods they love. The result will be total failure. Any food in large amounts isnt healthy. Portion control.

Look, this ain't hard.. forget he diet.. develop yourself an eating plan that is geard to help you loose weight.. you need to do three things.. if you want to loose weight.. you gotta eat, you gotta breathe and you gotta move.. and in this eating plan, you need to allow yourself some freedom to have a piece of cake and some ice cream once in a while.. dieting is torchure, an eating plan is nutritional and beneficial.. pick one!

about 3 times a week, its ok, your still trying Nobodys perfect and it happens
