In other words, if a 130 lb person and a 200 lb person took the same amount, would the 130 lb person feel it more? Sorta like how lighter people get a higher blood alcohol volume sooner than heavier people?

Legit prescription question--I'm not asking in order to get high off it.

I know the wives tale that says popping joints causes arthritis, but I wonder if it wasn't just made up by people who didn't like the sound of it. Is there any proof that popping joins has any positive or negative long term effects?

I just drank some pepsi. I then laid down for about a minute. I was trying to burp but nothing happened. I think a minute after I got up, I felt something coming up my throat. Was that the burp? If it was I was trying to force it out so hard, my face got red. I don't think it's supposed to be hard to force out a burp. When you feel it coming up how do you force it out? How come it didn't come ot natrally? I feel something coming up my throat, bt it jst turns into a tiny hiccup. About 5 mintes later I mst have made the shortest and lowest burp of my life and I have NO idea what I did. Why doesn't it come always, and why is it so hard? How do I make it loder and longer? Thanks.

Well Im 16 years old and im 5'2 and I'm 130lb. I get bagged on alot because of my height at school by almost everyone, and even my teachers do. My dad's 5'7 and my mom's 5'1. What are some things I should do to atleast help or change my height?? Should I lose some weight?? Should I stretch more often??

I'm 16 years old and everytime i masturbate,i ejaculate in about a minute or two. Is that normal or am i just "pleased" too easily? i dont masturbate that oftern either,maybe about once a day every other day. :[

Why did god make my skin dark as the night sky. WHY WHY WHY?!?!?! Its is SO ugly and I'm like the ONLY one IN THE WORLD that is going through this. I cant walk the streets without people staring at me because of my stupid dark skin. WHy did he curse ME. Out of all the people in the world he picked me. I'm a good person. I dont deserve this. Why couldnt I be light skin like my sister. :-( I get made fun everyday. People walk up to me and say rude things like darkness. I did nothing to them so why do they call me that.
I tried everything to get lighter skin but nothing works. I used to put lemens on my skin but it didnt work. Nothing every works. I cry every night because im hated by everyone.
WHY couldnt I be LIGHT skin?

I'm getting tired of seeing books claiming to have natural or herbal treatments for every illness on the planet, while all modern medicine is evil. What's worse is that people will blindly follow any advice as long as someone tells them it's natural! No scientific support needed! Just out of curiosity, does anyone out there claim they have a "natural" cure for a burst appendix, an acute heart attack, and a stroke in progress?

Im 15 and having very very heavy and painful periods. They just recently have been becoming irregular. I go to the gyno in 1 day. Will she suggest birth control for my periods? Or what? I dont want to bring that up but I want it because i heard it works great for the pain, to regulate it and make it lighter. Im not sexually active.

The reason im going is to see whats wrong with my periods.
I think I might have endometroisis. The pain is unberabele for the first 3-4 days of my 6 days. thanks

well for about a week now ive been getting thick saliva (only when i am sleeping sideways at night, but tis soo annoying because my throad itches alot and i cough)...recently at school when i talk my speech stops and its broken idunno whats happening..allergies? effects of my wisdomteeth?? but its really annoying, is there anything i can do to stop broken speach..even temporarily?

I am a 31 year old male. In excellent shape, 170 lbs 5'11 - I have unexplained hypertention. I have been on 40mgs of accupril for most of 9 years. I recently went to a cardiologist for an annual check up and received a echo and stress test, check for LVH and other cardiac issues. All results were normal. My blood pressure usually reads 125/80 w/ medication but recently I have been seeing lower diastolic pressures 125/65. My doctor added a diuretic to my treatment last year and I have stoped weight lifting which my cardiologist suggested might not be good for a hypertensive. Since then I have been running on average 8- 10 miles a week. Like i said my last cardio echo was perfect,.....could all this cardio and running be lowering my diastolic? If not what could it be if my echo's are clean ?
