I wouldn't lose sleep over this, but I do recommend that you go see your doctor. Bring up both the pain and the fact that you are 15 and have not had a period yet. Usually around the age of 15 is when doctors will use medication to cause you to have a period if you haven't had one yet. The pain could be from your body just trying to get your period started.

Don't upset yourself over this. It's probably nothing, but you should go to your doctor. Make sure that you are honest with him and tell him all the details of what you've been experiencing.

Good luck!

You need to see a doctor and have a pelvic exam done. Sharp pains are not normal. Usually, the pains you get before your period are more of a dull constant pain, with some sharp cramps occasionally. But, if you have been having these pains for months, that is not normal.

You should definetly see your doctor. There could be a number of things going on especially since you haven't had a period yet. Keep a log of how often you have the pain, the more info your doctor has the better. Goodluck

I wouldn't worry too much. I didn't get my period until I was almost 15. However, just to be safe, you should speak with your doctor or make an appointment with an OBGYN to get checked out. You could have some other issues.

nah sista, i had the same thing at your age. the medical term is something really long and hard to comprehend but it's basically just commonly known as growing pains. your body is getting bigger so your organs and bones have to accomidate for that. if it really bothers you and scares you go to your doctor. they'll check it out and reassure you. if you have any doubts do not wait. go immediately to your family doctor and have them check on you. good luck

Not to freak you out, but that does not sound normal at all! You need to go to an OBGYN......I'd ask for a female Dr. They are more gentle and more understanding. You really need to make an appt. tomorrow! Good Luck! Hope you are OK!!!!

Your body could be getting ready for your first period. But have you seen a dr yet to see why you haven't started your period yet?
