At age 13 your weight is going to be fluctuating. Eat smart and stay active. Your body is going to be all over the place for the next few years, if it isn't already. Hold on, and don't worry, in the end it all pans out, I swear. Your measurements are normal and healthy for your age, just, be sure to keep them there, don't get lazy, like most Americans.

Don't take being young and cute for granted.

I used to look at girls when I was a teenager and could tell the ones who were going to be fat and out of shape by the time they were 30. It was easy for the most part because they paraded around in 'cute' clothes, but did nothing to maintain a cute figure.

Just don't be lazy.

Holy god! You are not even close to fat. For 5'5, you could easily be 135 and still not fat. If you want to thin up around the middle a little bit though, as in be as flat as you can, start doing some crunches or similar. If you're interested, email me and I'll give you some details on them.

Not at all. At your age you should be out with your friends having a good time without the additional burden of worrying how you look. Just eat healthy and keep in shape if you think it might beome a problem. That way you will always be the way you are now. Good Luck!

No! You are at a very healthy weight. You really do not need to lose weight. As long as you're eating healthy and such you should be good. Even though Bmi really doesn't help to tell if you are healthy or not. The healthy range is 24.9- 18.5 and you are at 20 which is good!

5 ft 5 and 120 lbs is not fat at all, it is a good weight, it doesn't matter what age you are, that is a good weight for that size.

Sounds like a great weight. However being a healthy weight does not mean you shouldn't workout. When you get older your body will catch up to you and it gets harder and harder to get into shape.
