Sounds like you stepped into some acid. Have you been working around the garage where they may be a battery leaking? Try washing your hands and feet with baking soda. Baking soda will neutralize the acid. If that does not work, see your doctor. The hot and cold may mean a pinched nerve.

because water is an electrical conductor and it is also a fluid which means it is difficult to control physically as a conducting medium. If your hands or feet are wet they will form good grounding to anything you touch or step on. If the floor is concrete for example the water will form a conductor between the flesh and the concrete and this will form a grounding conductor. Same is true of the hands when touching something conductive, especially metal. For example imagine you were sloshing around in liquid mercury. Since mercury is an excellent conductor you would be unsafe when handling live conductors. Water is a bit like mercury and just as dangerous. Even if you touch a wet rag which is tied to metal, the rag will form a conductor and ground you. So if you are working around life conductors, you have to remain alert and cautious at ALL times. The higher the voltage the more dangerous it becomes,.It's a bit like sticking your hand into a box of rattlesnakes without gloves on, see ?

That sounds like poor circulation. If your hands were extremely cold, like you were frost bit, then even cold water would make the pins and needles sensation as the blood starts to flow again.

Go to an acupuncturist and they can fix that problem for you....it can be blockages or it can be from your chakras opening.... You can try to drink more water and see if that helps. Pins and needles is a heat symptom or energy. It also can mean that there are too many chemicals in the body. Try eating more fruits and vegetables to cool your body down and less sugars, fats and meats that warm your body up.

All the time or only when they get wet? There might be something wrong with the nerves going into your hands. They might be getting pinched in your spine or in your shoulder area.
If it's only when they get wet, you are probably a robot.
