i am 5'1" and i weigh 110lbs give or take a few, and i look like i weigh 120lbs, i want to lose about 10-15lbs, and i have tried so many times but every time i do nothing happens. i have taken dietting pills twice, once last year and i am now taking them and i have not seen any changes in my weight, but i will be honest i do not work out every day, but there has been much change in the way i eat, i do not drink soda but many once every 2 weeks or something, i am eating healthier foods, and i have been more active but like i said i do not work out every day. i just want to lose this weight so bad and sometimes i stay up at night crying b/c of this and i have very low self esteem, but anyways please dont say oh you dont need to lose that much weight, or anything like that just please tell me how i can lose the weight, please help me.
