I am very stressed lately, ive been saying bad words a lot to myself. It is mostly about a friend in school, shes a *****. She was my best friend, but now shes just a friend. She is always doing mean things to me even though I have done nothing, and pisses me off. I cant talk to another friend, because when I talk about it, they seem not to care, unless it is about their problems. School and FAMILY is also stressing me! Any good ways? Im a teen, so I cant take a walk because im not allowed to go alone.. If you say yoga is a good way to release stress, tell me some exercises and crap. I would appreiate a good answer ;)

My advice is to get involved with something you enjoy. Do you like photography, horeback riding??... something active that will be fun and rewarding to you. Do your own thing that will develope you into the person you want to be. Try volunteering with your family or doing something for the less fortunate, or at the animal shelter or something and develope friendships with people who have the ability to be real friends. When you look to others for your happiness, you will always be let down. You need to empower yourself by enjoying this precious gift of life regardless of the people around you. Don't focus on your problems, focus on the good things in your life. It might be a good idea to lay low of your "friends" for a while and be a friend to yourself.
