what should i do to get ride of it???

I went to a local show last night, and I forgot my ear plugs. The music was WAY loud, to the point that it almost hurt my ears. It was only about half an hour long, but I knew I'd be temporarily deaf after we left. Here we are almost 12 hours later, and I don't feel like it's gotten any better, and it's starting to scare me.

How long does it take for this to wear off? How can I gauge the permanent damage?

Period problems?Sorry guys but this might be gross!?
Well ive been having my period since i was 11 and now im 15 and i' ve had my period for now going on 11 days and its that weekend and my mom might take me to the doc. but do you think it might be something to worry about?

Well its now been 18 days and i when to the doc. two days ago and he said that its not normal and that i might have a tomer and he took blood work to see if i was pregent and im only 15 and i can tell you that im not but who knows i could be the virgan marry lol jk
but in all truthiness im scared that i might have a tomer and have to go in to surgery! Please keep me in your prays thanks and god bless

I think I've figured out the reason I don't have a girl friend.
I'm very intolerant of others (I go crazy over something that isn't a big deal) and I'm really self centered (all I think about is my goals, what I want, what I don't have, and I try to hurt others because of it) all that and I don't let anyone in because I just judge them not worthy before I know them.

How can I fix these problems?

my sister and i are planning on buying bicycles so we can lose a bit of weight, we plan to go out on them every other day for an hour. roughly how much weight would we lose in a period of about a month? our average weight is 16 stone or 224 pounds. also, we both suffer from hypothyroidism which may affect the amount we are able to lose

The document, by the Wall Street Journal, was a report of external examination from the chief medical examiner's office in New York, also says that at his death Dr. Atkins weighed 258 pounds. Dr. Atkins died in April last year at age 72 of a head injury from a fall on ice while walking to work. The report attributes the death to a "blunt impact injury of head."

If he hadn't been so fat and unhealthy (from his own diet)
he just might have had better balance and lived a little longer.

So this way of eating or way of life might be something to reconsider... ya think?
