Will working at a fastfood resaurant make my acne worse?

Yes it's possible. If your skin is very sensitive then that kind of working environment could make it worse. :-)

Absolutely not, Acne is a function of hormones and oil secretion in your skin...Working in a fast food place won't affect it one way or another.
