You have to let it run its course. Your body will get rid of it for you (diarrhea, maybe vomiting) so work on staying hydrated. If you produce no urine for 8 hours, you are very dehydrated and should go to the ER and get IV fluids.

The more fluid that leaves your body the more you have to drink, sometimes people can get sick not from food poisoning but when it has all passed the person has not stayed dehydrated and this can be a major problem.

go to the doctor and he/she will give u something for it. sometimes u can't do anything about it and it'll just have to pass on its own
