i've had horrible cases of iritis for about 6 years now in both eyes. i've had tons of bloodwork and testing (chest x-rays, coloonscopy, endoscopy), and the onyl thing ever found was a severe ulcer on my duodnem(sp?). are there any new findings, any new research? treatment makes day to day life hard because i am a hairstyling instructor, and with dilated eyes, it makes detail work hard. i've had a few steroid shots in the eyes, and lots of medrol packs...on top of pred forte and dilating drops..

My mom has been addicted to World of Warcraft for over a year now. It's all she ever talks about and all she ever does. This is one of the hardest things I have had to deal with in my 20 years on earth, even though my father is an alcoholic. I have no idea what to do to help her. My mom got worse after I moved away in September of 2005, I moved back in September of 2006 and I didn't know how bad it was as I only visited twice in the year that I lived about 300 miles away. Now I am back living at "home" until my boyfriend and I can get a place of our own. It is terrible seeing her as a zombie, she used to be so healthy and full of life. Now, she even takes days off work if something goes wrong in the game (usually something with her guild), and she took a day off when the expansion came out. The depth of the problem is so hard to get into. I don't know what to do. I am pregnant with her first grandchild and she doesn't even seem to care, as it is not WoW related. I am so hurt.

I'm in Taekwondo and whenever i do a certain type of kick, the area right about my groin and right under my private area pops. I know that the hip flexors are right there. It doesn't hurt when it pops in the beginning, but later in class if we keep doing the kicks it starts to hurt and the next morning i am sore. Did i pull a muscle? Know any stretches to help this? Should i be concerned? It doesn't feel like the muscle popping, it feels more like the bone moving in the joint.

I have the pain at other times too, but almost always when I eat something. I have had breast cancer, and angiosarcoma but all tests have come back clean. I'm a bit worried about this pain. I have difficulty remembering names and faces, difficulty with identification of and verbalization about objects, difficulty with concentration, short term memory loss, long term momory loss, and difficulty locating objects in an environment.

There is so much good info out there. The truth is so simple. To be fit and close to ideal body weight you must eat healthy reasonable meals and get some sort of exercise a few times a week. Genetics does play are role and determines how close you have to watch you diet and how much exercise you need during the week to stay in shape. There are some medical conditions that will cause a person to be big or small but those are not the normal cause of weight issues in America today. You do not have to be on any special diet, or have some special work out video to loose weight. Diet pills can cause temporary movement in you weight but are not long term fixes and can have very negative effects. Like most things in this world if you have is some motivation, self discipline, and education on the issue then you have everything you need to be a success. You do not need to pay $70 to clean you colon or $50 for a bottle of pills. Why is this so hard to accept for may people.

Breakfast- Yogurt or fruit or very healthy cereal (like a fiber cereal)
Lunch- fruit salad or regular salad
Dinner- pasta and/or chicken or pork

I don't like to eat alot or it seems to upset my stomach a bit. I wouldn't do this for just like a month, it would be like the rest of my life. I would say I would just eat fruit becuase I LOVE fruit but I know thats not healthy.

I am 4"10, and only 51 pounds, I don't get why I'm so skinny, I eat normally (1,800 calories a day)and I only exercise twice a week, for an hour.
Everyone tells me I am so skinny, but I am short, people always ask me if I am anorexic, and its so annoying.
Is this unhealthy? I really don't want to gain or lose weight, but is it okay, or is it unhealthy?

So, I've got a chronic illness (gastroparesis), and all my professors and the dean and all know about it. I asked for an extension on a midterm exam that should've been today and my professor said that's fine. I haven't studied at all; I spent yesterday and all weekend lying in bed doing nothing.

So, my question - how much should I tell my professor? I hate asking for an extension on stuff like this, and I want him to know that I've really been sick, enough so I would've been taking the test cold. But maybe that's all too much information... Anyway, I really appreciate any advice!

I've been feeling either depressed or anxious lately. (I have had this problem before) Anyway, I feel pressure in my head. Of course I'm worried that this is a brain tomor or something has anyone had this before or could my sinus pressure be more prominate due to my anxiety. I also have the feeling (this is gross) that I need to suck back the snot in my nose but there is nothing there.

I have toe nail fungus and I have been using Fungi Cure for about 2 weeks. All of a sudden I noticed that my toe nail was partly coming off. I have no idea what to do. Should I continue to use Fungi Cure and wait or should I see a doctor? And should I put a bandaid on my toe so the nail doesn't fall off?

i wondered if when you take a drug test, do they narrow it down to specific prescription pill or just the fact that you have prescription pill in you system.
