your not gonna believe this but water lots of water 8 8oz glasses of filtered water per day and add a glass for every ten lbs you are overweight. there is a new bottled water called eVamor artesion water everyone is talking about!it is supposed to literally melt lbs off all by itself! it is very alkaline (100 times more alkaline ) then other bottled waters by the way people have a hard time loosing weight or keepiokg it off unless there body runs alkaline.. evamor has vital nutrients and minerals not the case with other purified waters. i was takeing chromium picolinate and magnesium and i lost 20 lbs with thoes suppliments. guess what eVamor water has both of these in there in a form that your body can obsorb 80% better then a pill suppliment .it is alittle expensive but i hear worth it you can find it at ralgh's and railyies.happy weight loss! tell everyone!
