my diet is very small one.i drink lots of water.plz save me.im not very heavy.but seems like that

I have had polio and now I have post-polio. It really hurts. My physical therapist gave me some exercises for the upper body and lower back, I try to do them when I can. Also, there's chair exercise. You know, the kind where you sit on a chair and do various exercises (very low impact exercise). Also you really have got to watch what you eat. If you aren't sure, I would suggest you go to a nutritionalist, I did. Also, have you tried talking to your doctor about a pain pump for you so you can do exercises and walk? Good luck, there's a way to be somewhat less limited by your disease.
