Breakfast- Yogurt or fruit or very healthy cereal (like a fiber cereal)
Lunch- fruit salad or regular salad
Dinner- pasta and/or chicken or pork

I don't like to eat alot or it seems to upset my stomach a bit. I wouldn't do this for just like a month, it would be like the rest of my life. I would say I would just eat fruit becuase I LOVE fruit but I know thats not healthy.

I think that is perfect!
The yogurt is good, cereal is good.
And your dinner is very good.
For lunch, if you eat a salad, or fruit salad try to add some protien to fill you up, like if you eat a salad you add a veggie burger to give you protien,or tuna, or egg salad, or chicken, something like that.

Actually the diet you just listed is not that unhealthy at all. Your breakfast is fine and so is your lunch. Even your dinner isnt that bad. If everyone ate a diet like that we would have a much better looking population.

Just remember to watch your serving sides and watch those salad dressings when your eating your salad. As for the fruit, I have not heard it to be that unhealthy. The unhealthy parts of fruit such as the fat and sugar found in some is still natural and thus not nearly as unhealthy as many other things, pork for example.

The way you look is based mostley on how you eat, even if you work out well. Good luck with your diet!

There is not enough dairy or variety in that plan to suit you the rest of your life. I would go with: oatmeal w/skim milk for breakfast, fruit salad w/cottage cheese or veggie salad w/sliced turkey on whole wheat bread for lunch, and chicken or pasta w/veggies at dinner. Fill in the blanks with fruit but don't make it so lopsided. Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Try to add in a bit more fruits and veggies, and make sure that the pasta is whole grain. Maybe try to get a little more dairy (for the bones!). Otherwise, I think this looks awesome. Way to go!

Your 'diet plan' needs some fine tuning. You should aim for at least 6 small meals throughout day. Stay away from high glycemic carbs, that yogurt for example is high glycemic. Eat more protein, it has the highest metabolic response. Drink more water.

I have found an awesome site to get free samples. I get all sorts of new products that haven’t even hit the market yet. It is kind of like a beta testing site for new products. They test everything from food to beauty samples to video games. Here is the site.
