Will doing aerobics for about 10 minutes benefit me at all?

Not really. It takes about 20 minutes for you to reach your target heart rate. It's only after that time that you really benefit from cardio. Try to get about a 30 minute workout in. Best of luck!

If you are doing sprint intervals (HIIT) in those 10 minutes then yes it will be very beneficial. However, you'd need another 5-10 minutes for warmup and anotther 5-10 for cooldown.
