I am joining Weight Watchers this week. My first meeting is on Tuesday. What should I expect?

So I went to the dentist today in severe pain. He took x rays and said that it looks like I have a bubble in my tooth that I had a root canal done on several years ago. So he prescribed me an antibiotic to clear up the infection. He told me that if it don't clear up he was gonna refer me to an oral surgeon who would then have to cut my gums open and clear the infection out. I am not sure what this means. Has anyone ever had this done and if u did does it hurt really bad? I'm scared and want to know what I have to look forward to if this don't work.

erm ... i never tried before and never will ... but out of curiosity, what taste does it have ?? sweet ?? sour ?? bitter ?? fizzy (like a can of coke) .. ?? etc etc ....

i know the effects of it ... except the taste ...

ex-drug users answers and bad experience with it will be much appreciated and respected ... tq ~

its better to ask rather than trying out for that one-time-only and getting hook to it ...

I have a bad cavity and Im told I need to either have the tooth pulled or a root canal. Its my very last molar(not wisdom) and I still have a baby tooth two teeth in front of it and it wont last forever. Its going to cost 1275 for the root canal and 1000 for a crown. Is it worth doing I heard they dont last and often fail.

I feel a sudden change in the way my body is acting. Im a woman that knows her body very well. Im 18, i shouldnt be having hot flashes...Im feeling extra bloated, extra tired, sleeping a lot more. I feel way heavier than I was before. In one month I went from a size 7 in pants to a size 9. Im starting to get acne and ive never had it before. My breasts hurt really bad, theyre always tender and ive noticed a change in theyre size too. Already took a pregnancy test and Theres no way I could be pregnant, being that I havent had sex since december, and ive had steady periods since then. Anybody have any suggestions??

I have been getting nauseated and light head for the past 3 weeks. I had unprotected sex with my ex-husband on Jan 19, then on the 2nd of feb. I think I started my period but I have been having sore breast and I'm so nauesated and light headed. I really have never been like this. I know when you get you period you can have these symptoms but I have been off my period for 5 days and I'm still getting those symptoms. I also have a yellowish discharge. Why could that be?? I seem to be very sleepy and my breast are really sensitive and they hurt sometimes. Does anyone have any advice?

who hurt me and made me feel worthless? These are former friends, acquaintances, some family members, and my son's father. I'm not in contact with any of these people but I have deep emotional wounds as a result of what they did and said to me. I hate my body and myself. I feel like a loser. I am so sad and angry all the time. I am very bitter and resentful. I think of them EVERY DAY and I hate them.

This is really affecting all areas of my life. I lost some money and my job b/c I have become absent minded. I yell at my son sometimes even though he's 2. I don't go out. I'm afraid to make friends and date. I have nobody to talk to. I feel like an old woman but I'm only 25. Seriously, I think I might be losing my mind. Help!

And the leg i got it done on is now as itchy as hell and covered in spots/rashes all over and up my thigh its really uncomfortable they are starting to pus. and no where else on my body. Is it to do with the tattoo? its not my first tattoo and i had it done at the same shop so i dont know. should i go to the doctor or might it go?

This has been going on for the last 6 months. But its only happened 3 times where i actually coudnt sleep. I feel worried and panicky. My hands,feet and my face kind of felt num like i couldnt feel them very good. My stomach was really cold and tingling from inside and kind of cold sharp paines. When i closed my eyes i was thinking of some really random things and my mind kept racing. I was also shaking like i was really cold over and over. I kind of felt shortness of breath also. I kind of felt i was gona blackout also. I dont know what it is. Im really worried can someone tell me whats wrong with me or what i should do to help it? Im only 16 so im not old??

I have had abnormal bleeding and cramping for about 7 months now altogether.When it started in August I went to the doctor and was told I have ovarian cysts,which have since ruptured and came back.Very irregular bleeding,sometimes 9 days consecutive 3 weeks apart,or 2 weeks late for only 3 days,etc.My last period (3rd period within 35 days)was with very bright red blood,not the darker colored like usual.I found a "mass" inside my vaginal wall and was told it is a cervical cyst and it's completely normal back in November,however,it gets so big sometimes my vagina swells almost completely shut.I have no insurance for one more month,but am worried.I went to the ER in November when the cyst ruptured,and now I'm stuck paying $1500 in medical bills,with no answer to my problem. Other "symptoms" include sore breasts (which is unusual for me), many trips to the bathroom, and constipation around and during my period. I had intercourse on Dec.30 but haven't tested yet, with all the bleeding.

I had a tooth filled about 6 months ago, it was a pretty deep cavity, but I haven't had any problems with it until the past couple of days, when I've been having a dull aching pain in it. Does this sound like I need a root canal in the tooth? If so, how long can I wait, because I've spent a fortune on my teeth over the past year and really can't afford any more major treatment. Is there anything I can do to stop it getting worse?

I also have reservations because I have heard you should lose the weight first then tone...Some people say both...I don't know what the healthiest is. I would like to also find good recipes that don't have lots of calories and fat....Please help. Oh water, I heard to drink a gallon of water or two a day...Some people say that you can get water poisoning because of the "enhanced minerals"..Is that true? Please help. Thanks a lot.

I'm not looking for people to preach that natural weight loss sticks more than speeding it up with a diet pill, or for people to yell at me for wanting to use a diet pill. I want to know from people who have used them, which pills worked for you and how much weight did you lose in what period of time? I know I need to lose this weight, and I will worry about keeping it off once it comes off. Please help!!!
