I have been going to the gym 4-5 times a week for the last two months, doing a mix of weights and cardio exercise. I also walk up the woods near my house which has uphill bits and is about 5km.
I have come down from a size 18 to a size 14, although the inches have come off my top faster than my bum and thighs, which is still a 16.
I have only lost 3 kgs on the scales, which is driving me mental... I set the goal of losing one kilo a week! Am I eating too much or something? I am loving the changes in my body but I just wish I could drop some kilos already !
