I'm almost certain the size of a man's nose has nothing to do with the size of his penis.
However, if you're fooling around with a man in bed, and you cut off his nose, his penis will shrink. This is more due to shock and pain than any direct size relation--but I suppose it is one way their size could be related. Generally, though, one being large doesn't mean the other is big too.

Size of the penis is not correlated with ANY body parts AT ALL. feet, hands, nose NONe of that determined wether or not that person has a big penis.

i've heard of big feet or big hand = big penis, but not big nose.
i have proven a theory though.
tall skinny guys have long skinny units, and short guys have short stumpy units. Really...it's true!!
