What can be done, if anything?

Another question about suicide in dreams. Last night I dreamt that I shot myself in the head and saw the ambulance come and pronounce me dead. Saw my husband calling my mother and her screaming but then saying "I always knew she was messed up". It just seemed that everyone was happy that I was gone. My ex told my husband "well I guess she made us both very happy". WHen I woke up this morning, I wasn't sad it was weird like I was okay with dying. I have tried to commit suicide once 15 years ago and have a history of physical and emotional abuse since I was 8.

I am taking trazodone at night to help me sleep and celexa in the morning. I just started it taking it 2 weeks ago.
Do you think I need to change my meds?
Do you think there is some correlation between my dreams and my depression?
I always thought dreams were kind of like a brain dump and didn't have any real meaning. WHat do you think?

My son is 8. He doesn't fall asleep until around 11pm and gets up around 6-7 am. He always wakes me up so needless to say I am also tired. I have thought of prescribed medicines for him but wants to see if anyone can help naturally before I go to the GP.

i have had a dreams about killing my kids father twice. i dont know what this mean but it the third time this have happen but in on dream instead on killing my babydad i kill his girlfriend i have never thought of this but i have dreamed it a couple of times and when i do i wake up and i wonder why it on my mind for a couple of days i just want to know what this all means cause it really scare me

If I have some problems, such as slowness from abuse as a child are these, parts of the brain able to be trained to become closer to normal if I get therapy or something?

I have been playing baseball ever since i could walk, i have been pitching seen the age of 6! Over the past few years ive noticed a wierd popping noise in my shoulder almost everytime i move it around? what is this, and what could be causing this? Then in my throwing elbow there is a really wierd muscle or bone or something that seems to pop (no noise, but you can feel the pop) when i move it as well? Anyone know what im talking about, im currently playing college baseball, but afraid of going to the trainer for they could sit me out for a longgggg while? please help!!!

Recently, I have been diagnosed for having meniscus tear on right knee. This came from a soccer injury. I did MRI (positive) and x ray and have been seen by 2 Doctors who recommend a surgery. I am waiting for a referral to see a third Doctor for more opnion (well know) in the area. I am not in desperate situation yet. I can walk but can't do squat or run and often it swells up. What shall I do?? Do you know about an organization (if any) to check records of success or failure for performing the surgery

I currently have some gotu-kola (fresh plant) + some dried fo-ti (he shou wu) bark, and I like to extract these herbs to make my own homemade cream/lotion/gel base.
What types of solvents should I use?
Normally it's the alcoholic + water solvents, but I prefer not to use alcohol.
I was thinking to just use plain water as solvent by boiling the fo-ti bark + gotu-kola...but how do I preserve them as boiliing usually means using them up in 24hrs or 48hrs at best (if kept referigerated)...and how do I incorporate them into my cream/gel?

Any input will be much appreciated. Thanks!!

The council did my anual gas service yesterday, and there is a leak, they have condemned it and capped it, so I have no gas now, my question is, can exposure to household gas cause any medical problems, and if so what would the symptoms be ?

my friend broke her ankle. she had to have titanium plates, and screws "installed" Her body is rejecting them,and the screws are coming out. She is in a lot of pain and complaining of a red line going across her foot. Is that a possible allergic reaction? any other things it could be? Her foot is also incredibly itchy. She has had the screws in, since later August. about 4mos. Dr. wants her to keep the hardware in for 4-6 more months. But you can feel the screws against her skin. This just sounds strange to me, anyone with experience or med.practice,any comments would be insightful!!!!!!

I have been depressd for over 8 years.Now i am 21 years old male & live in India.I am feeling depressd becoz , at the age of 14 i started developing tiny breast of about 1\2 inch.I did not had any idea that a male can also hav breast due to hormome imbalance.I stoped talking with people & tried to remain isolated.I felt insecured & lived in fear that people will come to know that i have breast.I even hide it from my parents.Now i came to kw that it is nothing but now i am still depressed becoz i could make friends for last 8 yrs.Now i am having memory loss & i cannot concentrate on anything.I just cant think of anything to say if i meet a person i kw.Also sometimes i dont understand what the person is trying to tell me.

The baby tooth is loose; how long before it should push the baby tooth out? It has been several weeks and nothing is really happening. The tooth is still, just slightly loose, but the adult tooth is growingAT what point should I be concerned if it doesnt come out? It there a general rule to this & what are your experiences?
