people say im going to work myself to death a stupid question but is that possiable

Nope. However, if you don't get enough sleep, your defenses will go down (like your immune system and your attention), so there is an increased risk for accidents, infections, etc.

Yes, you can work yourself stupid. Example. You spend all day every day, even some weekeds on work. You have no time to keep up with current events, world events or just what your family is up to. You also have no time to pursue stuff you like and would like to broaden your horrizons on.
And on the death part, mostly depends on what field you work in. But yes stress can lead to high blood pressure and work can take away from a healthy diet. Both lead to worse condition and health problems.

I've never read an autopsy that stated cause of death...."worked himself to death."
