I am having the same problem, as my husband is deployed and I have no sexual activity. The reason for the dreams is a build up of sexual frustration. Your body needs to relieve its sexual tension, and when it is not being met, it chooses to dream about it and try to relieve itself naturally (wet dream). I am having these dreams daily, and it's getting quite annoying, but I know that is exactly what it is from. If you masterbate frequently, the build up is released and the dreams should stop. Good luck!

Men have to ejaculate regularly to empty out their testicles, especially if they've had periods of sexual activity. Try some nice, clean masturbation around once a week, and that should help solve the problem.

You might also need to address some unresolved feelings about the person you were previously active with, or other issues that were occurring in your life around the same time that your subconscious may have come to associate and symbolize with sex.

I also have not been active for about a year. On purpose... And yes my dreams about sex have increased. I think my own situation is a loss of other intimacies. Maybe this is what you have going on. Think about ow your environment makes you feel every time your environ changes. Such as.. out to lunch with a friend (how do i feel?) then at home with family (how do i feel?) depending on the answer you should know how to proceed.

You obviously have a stronger attraction to having an uncomplicated life without the struggles of dating several psycopaths before finding just a sex buddy. Good for you, be strong.

You choose not to, why? Sex is one of the most enjoyable things in this world. Don't deprive yourself of it. Try exploring yourself more or using toys. There is nothing wrong with being comfortable with sex and your body. Enjoy yourself.

Maybe, because you need a closeness with somebody. You can have closeness without sex.
Be happy.

BECAUSE YOU AREN'T BEING HONEST WITH YOUR FEELINGS, AND YOUR DREAMS YOU DON'T HAVE FULL CONTROL OVER, SO YOU DREAM. ONCE YOU DEAL WITH YOUR SELF HONESTLY, YOUR MIND WILL THINK ABOUT OTHER THINGS, AND YOU'LL HAVE LESS DREAMS.
