why when i wake up in the mornings do i have a lot of dry snot up my nose, sometimes its very hard to breath through my nose and i have to (excuse me for being disgusting) pick it out cos it wont come out with blowing on a hankie?

I just found out my older sister's cancer is gettig worse. I want to be with her but what's the best approach

We have always been pretty close even though there ia a 11 year age difference. I just lost another sister last February to an auto-immunne disease and she was only 55.
This sister recently recieved a report that the chemo was helping and then yesterday she got another report that it was worse than before. This really broke her spirit. I wnt to see her and be with her but don't want to make things worse because of her worrying about how I take it. She's like a second mother to me. She's been fighting this thing for a long time noe "about 12 years". We used to live 12 hours apart but now only about 3 by car. What can I do for her.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!?

My tooth is aching.And it is the teeth just above which i had a root canal last year.The pain is at different region at different time.Anyway it is in lower jaw.Mostly the pain is from my left incistor to my 1st molar.And when i looked through the mirror i didn't see anything wrong.What could be the reason?Is it the biginning 4 another cavity?The pain is mostly during night.

What could be causing my behavior??

I have been feeling different...I know it's not normal..I feel like I hate everyone and everything...but I know I don't, I hate getting up and doing anything..everyone pisses me off to the point I get hateful with them, I don't feel like me...I can't excercise like before...I mean I"m not to the point where I want to die or anything...But I have no energy, no care or love for anything. This is unusual for me due to my Christian background...anyone have any ideas? And I don't believe it's depression nor will I take Anti-depressents they suck for me..too many side effects and trust me I've tried most all of them

Weak Thumbs?

Over the past two years I've noticed a steady decline in the strength in both my thumbs, particularly in my left. I play guitar so this is especially as frustrating, because when I play barre chords (they require pressure from the thumb by pushing on the back of the fret board), I can only do it for a short period of time before I have to bow out due to the pain. Lately I've noticed even regular notes are hurting my thumb, which do not require much strength at all. I've noticed it starts hurting when I'm applying pressure and then releasing constantly.

The pain usually resides in the joint at the very bottom of my thum and palm. The tendons surrounding the joint sometimes hurt too. However, sometimes it feels my thumb itself is hurting as well.

I'm only 20 and I did go and see a doctor and physio and they both acted as if it's all in my head. This is incredibly frustrating as it is pushing me further and further way from enjoying my instrument.

What are the physical withdrawal symptoms of Topamax?

I recently went off the medication, Topamax, with the instructions of my doctor and a gradual decrease. Ever since I have been completely off of the medication I have been so nauseous and dizzy. It has been a week and I am still feeling this way. I can't find any information on the withdrawal symptoms of Topamax, other than the increased chance of seizures. Am I suffering from withdrawal and how long will it last?

Tampon size w/ relation to TSS?! -- Time sensitive?

hi,

i've been using OB regular tampons for 3 years now. recently i bought their multi-pack with 3 size tampons - regular, super, and super plus. the super and super plus sizes are kinda BIG. i'm a little hesitant to use them because of the TSS possibility. if any one has ever used them please let me know that they are ok.

just in case u'll be wondering about my size in correlation to tampons size -- i'm petite, 100 lbs, 5'3"

how can i lose weight?????

im 5 ft, and 98-105 lbs how can i lose 5-7 lbs. in 4 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I now i look alright right now i really need to flatten my tummy and it wouldn't hurt losing a few lbs in the process!!!! So how can i flatten my tummy and lose a few lbs??? I do dance 2 times a week for and hour, i have gym every other day and i excercise for a half hour, then i excercise 15-30 minutes at night????? And I'm not supposed to grow much taller so dont tell me ill look skinnier if i grow a few inches because im most likely not to!!!!!!!!! So help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need a work out plan to do at the gym. I'm a beginner?

I'm 24, male, 6 feet and about 165 pounds. I need to gain some muscles but I'm not interested in very bulky muscles.
I never worked out seriously and I need a work out plan so to do at the gym. how many days I should be exercising and how many days to rest, type of exercises, reps... etc

P.S. My left forearm was fractured years ago, my left forearm -arm too- is much weaker than my right arm. Is there any exercises I should be doing more with my left arm and forearm? Or any exercises I should be avoiding?
