Taken from the OCD Foundation Site:
"Worries, doubts, superstitious beliefs are common in everyday life. However, when they become so excessive such as hours of hand washing or driving around and around the block to check that an accident didn't occur then a diagnosis of OCD is made. In OCD, the brain gets stuck on a particular thought or urge and just can't let go. People with OCD often say the symptoms feel like a case of mental hiccups that won't go away. OCD is a medical brain disorder that causes problems in information processing. It is not your fault or the result of a "weak" or unstable personality."
http://www.mentalhealth.com/dis/p20-an05.html has a "self-diagnosis" test but remember to be wary of diagnosing yourself. I think it's important for a doctor to make that determination.
I wish you the best of luck.

There is a test called the Padua Inventory. I don't know if it is online. I have it in a text. It is a useful test, but certainly not definitive because biases in your answers will influence the result. Also, some of the questions are not clear in my opinion, and can give incorrect answers for a patient who doesn't have OCD.
The main features of OCD are intrusive thoughts (obsessions). These are thoughts that you don't want, but come anyway. A good example would be, a sudden thought about running some pedestrians over, and then feeling repulsed by that thought.
The compulsion would then be behavior to avoid having a repeat of that thought. One compulsion might be to avoid a particular intersection, another compulsion might be to stop driving altogether.
I can recommend a text on OCD that has the Padua Inventory in it, and it is relatively cheap, and a good read. "Tormenting Thoughts and Secret Rituals", Ian Osborn, MD.

OCD is a neurological disorder. Prozac is often given to OCD patients but it's worth asking your doctor for some advice. The symptoms can worsen over time and can worsen if the patient is under stress or going into a stressful situation. The worst advice for OCD sufferers is someone telling them to try and stop, instead, it is better that the patient receives counselling or joins a self-help group where they can meet other sufferes and gain a better understanding and support.

No, and you probably don't, if you take online surveys seriously. Do you exaggerate in being orderly (lining up everything in geomettric forms & positions, too orderly & clean), can't resist urges to do something totally stupid (touch poles in the street, jump over joints among tiles, turn only to one side, do anything exactly the same every time)? Those things should - and can - only be determined by professional psychologists and psychiatrists.

You can't resist the temptation to do things...which means, you can't live a day without doing those stuff...
If you find yourself doing the same thing everyday and you feel uncomfortable without doing them, therefore, there is a possibility that you have been experiencing OC
