*i eat 3 meals a day and snack in between[my house is full of snack goodies my dad loves to snack]
BREAKFAST;home cook eggs, McDonnalds muffins, Donuts and coffee, theres this really good Mexican Restaurant with Mexican breakfast [i have one of these daily]
LUNCH:Mexican Restaurant[burrito,enchiladas,chicken, tacos]
McDonnalds, Carls Junior, Chinesse food, sometimes Subway
DINNER:homemade Mexican food every day nothing too greasy
SNACKS:chips, soda, peanuts, bread, chocolate, cookies,candy, fruits [my favorite] it all depends on what my mom bought..
*Drink alot of water
*I exercise like 15-20 daily [i started on Monday]
*I walk home from work [15 min walk] daily
I pretty much want a free fun diet that will help me balance my metabolism and intake calories if it involves fruits even better i love fruits and veggies. I also would love some exercising tips and yes why not some motivation to make me snack less lol
